If you’ve already installed the latest version of Office with Office 365 on five computers that you use and you want to install Office on a sixth computer, you can do that by first deactivating an installation on one of your current computers.

Please do not add files to this folder that you do not want to be visible to all other staff and students.

Adding files to the “Shared with Everyone” folder will make that file accessible by everyone at Aston.

Your OneDrive will be deleted when your Aston account is removed after leaving the university. We cannot locate or retrieve lost, deleted or corrupted files from OneDrive for Business.

Data stored on OneDrive for Business is not stored at Aston University or backed up, and should not be used for Important or Confidential file storage.OneDrive for Business will soon be added to Office 365 - 1 TB cloud located personal storage.
